From our earliest days, we set out to create something different — a group where anaesthetists are fully supported, patients feel reassured and prepared, and surgeons experience consistency and trust in our collaborative endeavours. By uniting exceptional clinical expertise with thoughtful administrative support, we’ve built a model that places people at the centre of the entire surgical journey.

Today, Pacific Anaesthesia is more than a group of anaesthetists — it’s a community. A place where doctors deliver their best care while collaborating and learning from one another, and where the administrative burden is taken off their shoulders so they have the opportunity to focus when they need to and rest and recharge when they don’t. Along the way, we support patients with empathy and foster collaboration between all stakeholders, enhancing the experience for everyone involved.
